The Agency for Toxic Substances and Disease Registry (ATSDR) confirms that aluminium is a safe metal to use in the garden. Sometimes certain acids / fertilisers can cause leaching, so we treat all our raised beds with a high quality powder coating to help eliminate the chance of this happening.

Aluminium is a great material for raised garden beds - it’s tough and long lasting, especially when compared to wood which will naturally break down after a few years. We guarantee our Rhino Raised Beds for 25 years which shows the confidence we have in them.
