Refund policy

1. Right of Cancellation Under Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000

1.1 If you buy any Rhino Greenhouses products through our website or over the phone, you have the right to cancel your order for any reason within 7 working days after the day you receive your products.

1.2 To cancel, please notify us in writing by sending a letter to:

We will confirm the return and refund process within 7 working days of receiving your cancellation notice.

1.3 Please note: This right to cancel does not apply if you purchased the products directly at our premises.

 

2. Returns

2.1 Unless the product is faulty, if you choose to cancel your order, you are responsible for the cost of returning the product to us.

2.2 While the products are in your possession, you must take reasonable care of them.

2.3 We consider the products not to be reasonably cared for if they are damaged while in your possession or during return shipping, if they have been used or assembled, or if they are returned without their original packaging.

2.4 We will refund the purchase price within 30 days from the day we receive the returned products.

2.5 Delivery costs may be deducted from your refund.

2.6 If we arrange to collect the products (such as greenhouses), the cost of this collection may also be deducted from your refund.

2.7 We reserve the right to charge a reasonable Service Charge if products are returned in a condition that shows they have not been properly cared for.

2.8 We may recover delivery, collection costs, or any Service Charge by deducting them from your refund or charging your payment card.

2.9 The Service Charge covers losses we suffer if products are returned damaged or used.

2.10 We do not accept returns for goods shipped outside the UK, Ireland, or the Channel Islands.

3. Faulty, Missing, or Damaged Products

3.1 Please report any faulty, missing, or damaged products as soon as possible, following the instructions in your order confirmation email. You can contact us by phone at 0800 694 1929 – option 1, by letter to:

3.2 We will cover all costs involved in supplying replacements for faulty, missing, or damaged items.
